Jianlong Zhu | Computational Social Science, Human-Computer Interaction, AI and Society
I am a PhD candidate at the Department of Computer Science, Saarland University, working at the intersection of AI and society as part of the Interdisciplinary Institute for Societal Computing led by Prof Ingmar Weber. My current research focus is on the question of how we can design AI tools to empower humans to make better decisions–at both individual and societal levels.
Previously, I completed my MSc in Social Data Science at the University of Oxford and my BA in Liberal Arts at Sarah Lawrence College.
